Kavion Solutions is a digital and IT studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This page explains what happens to information you hand us through kavionsolutions.in.

It stops at our edge. Client sites we have built, our social profiles and any tool we link to run under their own policies, not this one.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, your email address, the service you are asking about and your message. Your phone number and company name are optional.

The project form

The project form collects the services you select, your budget range, your timeline, your name, your email address and your project details. Your phone number and company name are optional.

What we never ask for

• There is no account to create and no password to set.
• No page on this site asks for payment or card details.
• Optional fields are genuinely optional. Leave them blank and the form still submits.

When you submit a form, its contents are sent to our own inbox as an email over an encrypted connection. You get an automatic acknowledgement at the address you gave us, and we reply from the same inbox, so the thread you start is the thread we answer in.

There is no database behind this website. Your enquiry is not written to one, not pushed into a CRM, and not held by a third-party form service. It exists as email in our inbox and as email in yours.

• Your IP address is read when you submit a form and used only to rate limit submissions, so no single sender can flood the inbox. It is held in server memory for at most ten minutes and is never written to a database.
• Our server logs record a random reference for each submission and the domain part of the sending address, for example "acme.com", so a delivery failure can be traced. Your full address is not written to the log.
• Our host, Vercel, keeps its own standard request logs as part of running the platform, and reports page speed from real visits without any identifier attached. Our email and our analytics run on Google infrastructure. All of them are processors acting on our instructions.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages actually help people find what they came for. That is the only analytics on it. No advertising pixels, no retargeting, no session recording, no heatmaps.

No analytics cookie is written until you accept one. Google Consent Mode starts every storage type denied, so on a first visit the tag is loaded but switched off. Decline and it stays off permanently.

If you accept

• Which pages you viewed and in what order, how long you stayed, and whether you sent an enquiry.
• Approximate location worked out from your IP address, at city level. Google discards the address itself rather than storing it.
• Your device, browser and screen size, and the site or search that sent you here.

If you decline

A cookieless ping with no identifier attached, which can only ever become an anonymous total. We cannot tell one declining visitor from another, and neither can Google.

Changing your mind

Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our server. Clear this site's data and the question comes back, so you can answer it the other way.

Separately, we run Vercel Speed Insights to see how fast real pages load on real devices. It is cookieless by design, collects no identifier and is not covered by the banner because there is nothing about it to consent to.

• We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it or hand it to data brokers.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form. Ask a question, get an answer, not a newsletter.
• We run no advertising pixels and no retargeting. Contacting us here will not make our ads follow you around the internet.

• Enquiry emails stay in our inbox while the enquiry or the working relationship is live, and are reviewed periodically after that.
• Rate-limiting data lives in memory for ten minutes and vanishes when the server instance recycles.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry and we delete it from our inbox and confirm when it is gone.

Email hello@kavionsolutions.in and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within thirty days.

In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you those rights. In the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you the same rights plus the right to object to processing and to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Our lawful basis is simply that you asked us to. There is no legitimate-interest argument doing quiet work in the background here: you filled in a form to reach us, and we use it to reach you back.

• The site is served over HTTPS only and sends a strict transport security header, so browsers refuse to load it unencrypted.
• Form submissions travel over TLS, and the connection to our mail relay is encrypted.
• The number of people who can read your enquiry is the number of people in the studio.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your information, we tell you and the relevant authority rather than hoping you do not notice.

Kavion Solutions sells services to businesses. This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material gets said on the page rather than slipped in quietly.
