Overview

Your website is infrastructure, not a brochure.

We build on modern React and Next.js with headless content, a real design system and performance budgets, so pages load fast, convert well and stay easy to extend as the business grows.

Who this is for

Sound familiar?

  • Your site is slow and every change needs a developer

  • The design looks nothing like the file it came from

  • You are about to rebuild and want it to be the last time

What we actually do.

Four ways in

  1. Business websites

Fast, mobile-friendly websites built on Next.js, with a CMS your team can update.

  2. Web apps and portals

Customer portals, CRM systems, admin dashboards and internal tools that handle real use.

  3. Design systems

A reusable set of components, so every new page looks right and goes live faster.

  4. Website speed

Pages that load fast on a phone, which is what Google measures and ranks on.

Capabilities

Everything this covers.

14 capabilities

Ask for one of these or all of them. It is the same team either way.

  • Business and marketing websites
  • E-commerce stores
  • Custom CRM development
  • Client and customer portals
  • Admin dashboards
  • Internal tools
  • Booking and enquiry systems
  • Headless CMS builds
  • API and third party integration
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Website redesign and migration
  • Core Web Vitals and performance
  • Accessibility fixes
  • Maintenance retainers

Not seeing the exact thing you need under Web Development? It is almost certainly still us. Tell us the problem and we will say plainly whether it is ours to solve.

How it runs

Four steps. No mystery.

Every step has an owner and a date. You always know which one we are on, and what has to be true before the next one starts.

  1. Scope and architecture

What the site has to do, what it has to integrate with, and the smallest stack that does it. Decided before anyone opens an editor.

  2. Design system

Tokens, components and states built once, so page fifty costs a fraction of page one and nothing drifts out of alignment.

  3. Build

Next.js and React against real content, with performance budgets enforced as we go rather than measured at the end.

  4. Launch and hand over

Redirects, schema, analytics and CI/CD in place, plus a CMS your team can actually run without calling us.

Deliverables

What lands in your hands.

Yours at the end of the engagement, whether we carry on together or not. Nothing here is held hostage.

Handover6 items
  • Next.js codebase you own outright

    Git repo

The full repository, commented and structured so another developer can pick it up without calling us first.

  • Component library and design tokens

    Repo + Figma

Every button, card and form state built once as a reusable component, so page fifty costs a fraction of page one.

  • Headless CMS configured for your team

    CMS login

Content models shaped around how you actually publish, so your team edits pages without touching code.

  • Core Web Vitals passing on real devices

    Verified report

Performance budgets enforced during the build and verified on real hardware, not just a green lab score.

  • Redirect map and preserved SEO equity

    Redirect map

Every old URL mapped to its new home, so a rebuild does not throw away the rankings the old site earned.

  • CI/CD pipeline and deploy docs

    Pipeline + runbook

Push to main and it deploys. Written down so anyone on your side can ship or roll back without us.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS
  • GSAP
  • Sanity
  • PostgreSQL
  • Vercel

Outcomes, not activity.

FAQ

Web Development questions.

Next.js and React with a headless CMS, deployed on modern edge or cloud hosting. We choose the stack for performance, SEO and how easily your team can maintain it.

Yes. We migrate with redirects, preserved URL structure and schema so SEO equity carries over, then improve on it.

We can set up hosting, CI/CD and monitoring, and hand over a clean workflow or run it for you as part of cloud and DevOps.

A content system that stores your pages and posts but does not decide how they look. Your team edits content in a clean dashboard such as Sanity or Strapi, and the website, built separately in Next.js, pulls that content in. The result is a faster site, more design freedom and no plugin pile to keep patched, which is the usual reason businesses move off WordPress.

For a business that cares about speed, SEO and a site that does more than publish posts, usually yes. Next.js pages are pre-built and load fast, there are no plugins to break or exploit, and a custom feature is just code rather than a plugin compromise. WordPress still wins when a non-technical team needs a cheap brochure site and will never outgrow it. We will tell you which one you are.

A focused marketing site is typically four to eight weeks from scope to launch. A web application depends entirely on how much of it is genuinely new. The long pole is almost never the code, it is content and decisions, which is why we lock scope and get real copy early.

Yes, completely. The repository is yours, the stack is standard and widely known, and there is no proprietary layer that locks you to us. If you want to take it in house or hand it to another team, you can, and nothing breaks.

Cost tracks scope: how many unique page types, how much of it is bespoke, and how many systems it has to talk to. We quote after a scoping call rather than publishing a price that would be wrong for most projects. Budget ranges are on the start a project form so you can see where you sit before you talk to us.

Yes. We build from Figma regularly and are used to working alongside an in house team. What we ask for is a design that has been through states and edge cases, not just the happy path, because that is where handovers usually fall apart.
