These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers what happens to information you send us.

Kavion Solutions is a digital and IT studio based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, operating at kavionsolutions.in. "We", "us" and "our" mean Kavion Solutions. "You" means whoever is using the site.

Other companies use the Kavion name. We are not affiliated with them. This site, and this domain, is the only one we operate.

Capability descriptions, timelines, indicative budgets and process outlines on this site exist to help you decide whether to talk to us. None of it is a quote, and none of it forms a contract.

A project begins when we both sign a written proposal or statement of work. That document governs the engagement. Where it disagrees with anything on this website, the signed document wins.

• Send accurate information. We scope and quote against what you tell us, so a vague or wrong brief produces a vague or wrong number.
• Do not send confidential material through the enquiry forms. Use them to start a conversation, then we will agree a sensible way to exchange anything sensitive.
• Do not submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not hold the rights to send us.

An enquiry is not an engagement. We may decline work, and we will say so quickly rather than leave you waiting.

• Do not probe, attack or attempt to break this website or the systems behind it.
• Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.
• Do not use it to distribute malware, run phishing pages or send spam.
• Automated form submissions are rate limited and refused.

The Kavion name, the logo and wordmark, the writing, the design, the code and the imagery on this site belong to Kavion Solutions unless credited otherwise.

• You may read this site, link to it and quote it with attribution.
• You may not copy the design, republish the writing wholesale, or present any of it as your own.
• Work we produce for a client transfers on the terms of that client's contract, not on the terms of this page.

Every build in our work is a live URL you can open and judge for yourself. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear as attribution, not as a claim of endorsement.

We link to live client builds, our social profiles and tools we rate. We do not control those destinations, we do not vet them continuously, and we are not responsible for what they publish or do.

We aim to keep this site up and fast, and we build to that standard for clients. We do not guarantee it here. Hosting, networks and third parties fail sometimes, and we may take the site down for maintenance without warning.

• This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about it.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website, or from acting on general information published here rather than on advice we gave you in writing for your specific situation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
