The brief

What it had to do.

A manufacturer since 1998 with buyers in South India and Vietnam, and a website that only said the company existed. It had to be found when a weaver searches for a specific part, and turn that search into a quote request.

What we built

  • A page for each of seven product families, from comber boards to loom buffers, each with its own FAQs, related parts and quote form
  • A full Vietnamese language page and a Vietnam export page for buyers there
  • City pages for the textile towns the business supplies, such as Erode, Tiruppur, Surat and Ho Chi Minh City
  • Buying guides that answer what buyers search for, including power loom part names and HSN codes for GST and import
  • A quote form that takes the part, size or drawing details, loom model, quantity and delivery location
  • WhatsApp and call buttons on every page, with WhatsApp marked as the fastest way to reach the team

The approach

Why it works this way.

  1. Weavers do not search for a company name. They search for the part that broke: a comber board, a picker, a guide board. So every product family has its own page, written around that part, with the grades it comes in, the questions buyers ask and a quote button. Each page can rank on its own search instead of the whole catalogue hiding behind one products page.

  2. The business sells in two very different markets, so the site speaks to both. Pages for South Indian textile towns such as Erode, Tiruppur and Coimbatore answer the local search, and a Vietnamese language page plus a Vietnam export page greet buyers there in their own language. Practical guides on part names and HSN codes cover the questions buyers have before they order, which also brings in searches the product pages alone would miss.

  3. In this trade an order usually starts with a message, not a form. WhatsApp sits on every page and is marked as the fastest route, the phone numbers are one tap away, and the quote form asks for exactly what the team needs to price a part: the size or drawing, the loom model, the quantity and where it is going. The price list page explains what decides a price and offers the latest list on request.
